I think this needs class exists check:
if (! $this->reflectionProvider->hasClass(WebmozartClassName::ASSERT)) {
return null;
}because I guess not every project has webmozart/assert dependency.

nvm, seems not registered in config set, so need manual register, I guess it is ok :)
